I'm an Executive Producer and Head of Production who genuinely loves the work - great creative, the problems that come with ambitious ideas, and the people who make both come together.

What I care about most is building environments where producers and creative people can actually do their best work - teams that trust each other, feel supported, and aren't afraid to push for something great. I'm at my best when I'm in it with my team, not just overseeing from a distance.

Along the way I've gotten to work with remarkably talented people, make work I'm proud of, pick up a few awards, and have more than a few adventures doing it.

Outside of work, I'm usually elbow-deep in the garden, at the pottery wheel, needlepointing something I probably don't need, or moonlighting as a reiki master. And running my Pomeranian Lola's surprisingly successful Instagram - now at 20K followers. I used to be pretty good at rowing and horseback riding, and I'd like to get back to both one day - a day that keeps getting pushed to “eventually”.
